A dental implant is an artificial tooth root replacement, which can also be used to retain dentures.  A titanium root replacement is placed into the jaw and allowed to integrate with the jaw bone. 

A temporary crown is then attached to the implant, allowing the gums an opportunity to grow to the natural shape.  A permanent crown is then constructed by our in-house technicians and fitted by your dentist.
